Trust & security

Most companies ask you to trust a badge. We would rather show you the mechanism. Follow what happens to a call from the moment your phone rings to the moment you read the summary, and check any of it for yourself.

The life of a call

  1. 1

    Someone rings your number

The call is routed to us by our telephone partner.

United StatesKeeps: call time, phone numbers.
  2. 2

Your receptionist answers and says it's an AI

On by default. You can turn it off in Settings, and it never claims to be human even then.

United StatesKeeps: nothing yet, the call has only just started.
  3. 3

    Speech becomes text

The caller's words are turned into text as the call happens. Your receptionist's call audio is not recorded.

United StatesKeeps: no recording of the call audio.
  4. 4

    You get the summary

The transcript and a summary are saved to your account, and we email you the outcome.

    Being confirmedKeeps: transcript, summary.
  5. 5

    You stay in control

Retention and self-service deletion are being finished. Ask us and we'll do it by hand in the meantime.

    Keeps: your choice.

What we say, and how to check it

Every claim below is checked live, built into the product today (a few, like AI disclosure, can be turned off by you, but never quietly by us), in progress, or honestly not true yet. Nothing here is rounded up.
