Who you are contracting with

These terms govern your use of VolaVoice, operated by Volapos Ltd, registered in England and Wales (17253174). By creating an account you agree to use the service lawfully.

What you are responsible for

You provide the business information and knowledge your receptionist uses, and you are responsible for keeping it accurate and for what it tells your callers. Publishing is your action: nothing your receptionist says reaches a real caller until you publish it.

Trials and charges

Free trial voice minutes are provided per organisation and are counted on our servers. We may end a trial that is being used in a way that is clearly abusive. Where a plan is charged, the price, the included minutes and the rate beyond them are the ones shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Early access

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis while it is in early access. Service levels, liability and data processing terms are being prepared and are not settled on this page. Export and deletion behave as described in the product where those actions exist; this page does not promise capabilities that are not yet built.
